Working Hard and Working Smart

Everyone needs money to live. It is a necessity. We need to buy food, shelter and clothes. If we need money then obviously we need to work. However the term work has been a dreaded word for most people. Either because they want easy money or they do not really appreciate their work. Why is it really hard to find work in the first place? That’s another topic for another story. This never ending quest for answering the “why” never seems to elude me and answers are coming from all directions. Apparently assumptions written here are mostly charge to experience and observation.

Time and Money

How much time does one employee spend on traveling to work? If you are traveling in the metro then I should say about an hour or two. That is if the traffic is good. Now I am beginning to see why our country is not moving forward as it should be. The traffic is really bad and what makes it worst is that our workers are far away from the workplace.

Mid-Way

Best things do not come without a cost. All big projects begin at small packages. Somehow we forget that it is gruesome to continue the things you have started. No matter how good the project is, if you decide not to do it then all will be meaningless. In simple terms, I need to continue what I am doing but I feel that I’m not into it. I know that the rest of us experience the same way. It is way too tempting to procrastinate. It is very exciting to start a new idea than continue what you are already working. Funny because I thought that I am someone that finishes the job correctly. However when it comes to my own ideas, I still fall short. The drive to go on with the project seems to be a little off.
